To find your path you must find your ground. So often we are looking up, over, and away in search of the very things already in front of us or at least the very path in front of us ready and waiting to take us to where we most desire. Manifestation and liberation are the two energy currents of the body as recognized by the chakra system. Through these blended realities, we ground and transcend simultaneously to both bring and release matter to and from the body.
