affirm: for the thrill of it all…I fall in love again.
Beat to the rhythm of your own drum. Find your sacred flow. It’s f*cking hot. Welcome to summer (for those in the Northern Hemisphere) midst eclipse season.
Do it. Do that thing while your heart is beating fast for it. Follow that impulse. Tell them you like them or maybe even love them and let them say it back.
Drive toward your dream or a setting sunset until you find that dream or maybe instead you’ll find what you really need.
Oh, it’s hot.
Invest in it. The thing. The trip. A favorite food. A new car. A new city. Or the middle of nowhere. The relationship. The person. Yourself.
Nothing lasts forever not even the good things. But the memories will remain alive as long as you let them live inside you. So choose wisely.
Go see them. The friend old or new. A loved one near or long lost. Visit yourself for the first time in a while all alone.
Soak up the adventure of love. The very thing our hearts beat for or better yet, beat because of. Love takes on many different forms but, when you have it, you know.
And most often when you stop looking for it it happens. It shows up again and again just when you assured yourself it wouldn’t and most definitely it will appear different than how you expected it to.
Lean in.
To this wild unknown. The only guarantee while your heart is still beating. Don’t wish you had: done, drove, invested, tasted, moved, loved, seen, experienced, felt, once it’s too late.
For the thrill of it all…fall in love again.
Surrender to it. What if we all surrendered. Not “gave in” but “leaned in” to all that is always working brilliantly in our favor.
Let the rest of the world melt away and experience life itself. You may find yourself bubbling up with laughter as you do. Embrace this release of sound and movement. This act of letting in by letting go and accepting what is.
You can never go without if you know to go within. And in time, accept what is. The Universe is infinite, abundant, constantly multiplying, and so are you.
You will feel alive because oh sweet blessing you are alive. Lean in. Stop waiting for permission. Who are you waiting to save you? That life you’re waiting to live is someone else’s illusion. So, lean in.
For the thrill of it all…fall in love again.
No one. Nothing. No thing. Can stop you from loving. No rejection. No redirection. No unanswered text, unreturned email or mileage between you and your life can stop you from loving.
