June 2019 | The Lovers + Choose Who You Are Becoming
As we approach the halfway point of the year, June provides an opportune time to reflect back to the the first j-named month of the year with a review of January’s New Year, choice themed poem.
Is 2019 a year of finding love, light, and joy outside yourself or within?
Will you wait for others to fill you up
Or will you fill yourself?
Will you wait for another’s touch
Or give yourself the warmth you need?
Is the light of the Sun enough for you
Or is the blue-lit glow a vital fix?
At night, can the Moon at any phase, new or full, guide your path
Or must you need an artificial substance to make sense of all the black?
Will your shadow self need to find it’s voice through violence, confusion, and mistrust
Or can a daily dose of meditation suffice as plenty more than enough?
Must the trees always be green
Or can you welcome a gentle pause in the winter?
Must you know when the buds will bloom
Or can you trust the changing seasons?
Can your life be living poetry
Or is a library of victim stories more charming?
Must today, tomorrow, and the next day be planned
Or can you rise each morning and interpret how your energy stands?
Is monotony a permanent mood
Or merely a matter of the tides changing?
An opportunity to ride the wave and adapt as your life find itself gracefully aging
Do all choices need a pro/con list
Or can your gut and some trust dust allow you to make a choice in a pinch?
You know the wind blowing in your ear
The Moon caressing your cheek through the window
The rainbows in your coffee or in your eyes as you gaze toward a light
The sign you never should have seen but that has led you to here, now, this moment
The flicker or sparkle of a candle
The white dots of light in your vision
All the Universe’s language, guideposts in your life
Will this voice be chalked up to a coincidence
Or make your heart beat harder?
With a desire to determine your own symbols
A universal language of your own
Will you dare to dream
Or rather wait for someone else to decide?
Will you make decisions that scare you
Or like the cliche, run and hide?
Will you run right in before the fog totally clears
Or will you sit and wait for the weather to bend, break, and heal?
So long, another storm comes, and this time it feels a little harder to fight
Will you be the wind and set the direction of your life
Or will you let some invisible, pre-determined sails set you on a different sight?
Oh my dear, the point is who’s permission are you waiting for?
When is everything just perfect?
When will the timing ever be right?
When were you and your intuition never not right?
All those times you chose left when your brain said right?
All those bridges you crossed despite your ego’s fright?
The paths you’ve forged despite other’s supposed insights?
The very choices you’ve already made that have all turned out better than alright
Trust my darlings, today is all you need
Right this milli-moment is all you ever have and will see
Stop! waiting for tomorrow
And start this New Year right
With real love and devotion for you, your higher purpose, and your one and only life!
June welcomes us with open arms. Oh what a sigh of relief from just over or under 3 months of truly testing energetic work for the collective and its in habitants. This June is one of moral alignment and choice. A review if you will of where we have been and where we are consciously choosing to go. The Lovers is a card of choice, of merging, of union. While our oracle promptly asks us to choose who we are becoming.
We’re getting the green-light from the Universe.
As we embrace the halfway point of the year, we can take a moment to recall what it is we’d set out for this 2019. Whether it was with no plans or a carefully penned planner and survival guide reflect. Use January’s poem prompts above as a memory jolt to recognize if life is where you’d like for it to be. After all it is a choice.
Decide what is it you want. Point in a direction. And choose it. Allow it to be defined. Stay open. Make space for the magic. Co-author with the Universe. And know exactly what is meant for you will never pass you by. This or something better. Always.
The point is you will get there. So inhale. Exhale. By grace, it is all well. So, the question is where to? In whole-hearted alignment we give you permission to choose.
And be boisterous with joy and laughter. Life is so simple if you allow it to be. Do you worry or wonder if you’ll have the exact change for an unexpected moment of laughter or quality conversation with a dear friend or total stranger? Well, no because this pure energy is totally free and readily available to you always. Call it to you. Make more of things and moments deemed “less” by our society. They’re invaluable and the only things in life that cannot be taken away.
In this pursuit of aligning with all that is make space only for the things you wish to keep. Wake up with a mindset of abundance, and with this simple intention you will find yourself never going “without.” As a society, we accept and indulge the notion of wanting more and taking more and getting more. But are these things actually filling us in any way?
While choosing who you are becoming ask yourself first what it is you already possess both physically and energetically. Are you happy with what you see? Do you truly know and understand the things you do and why you do them each day? What are you in pursuit of? Ask and you shall recieve.
By grace and God may this June reveal itself to you honestly and fully as the divine and physical continue to merge and align as one within you.
